Thank Master Shi Heng Yi. I don't always do as well as I would like when it comes to love of self, I am a work in progress. But I can see that my family is happier since I have learned to be more calm and kind, (most of the time), in the way I speak to them. For me that is tremendous progress because I was born into a dysfunctional family, (my Mother had mental health issues and usually seemed angry).

What a wise message. Shi Heng Yi is a master who carries light into this world.

Life is all about lessons, how we deal with things , people are so aught up on things they own or recognition that they lost who and what humans actually are. it has become about money and the things money buys, some people never learn that very basic lesson . As for anger this is another lesson, It's ok to be angry sometimes ,to get angry for simple things like mentioned in here well there is a lesson to be learned there, maybe ask and keep asking why you are angry at that it is more than likely something else and not what has just happened that made you angry , also watching the words a person uses including the words you use helps. Some people learn that lesson others may never learn that lesson, so those types of thing keep repeating until they learn then it seems to stop. There are things that happen I call them Demons they are the "what if " what maybe" "what might be "what could be" demons they pull you from the present moment into the future or sometimes past but nit in the now moment, then also the procrastination demons they whisper and can influence a person very easily, I used to not catch them 20 yrs ago, sometimes things that needed to be done never did got done, or I missed out because I let them influence me or worse I would get into arguments of have negative thoughts because of them once I started to ask myself why and listen I discover those things whispering in the background, I kept listening for them , at first I would say no . Over time, I learned to notice them but to quickly acknowledge they are there because in rare occasions they warn you and make you ask question which can be a good thing it's learning how to decipher the good ones from the bad ones lol

The key teaching for me here was that the *same situation* can feel fulfilling or conflicting, depending on how much you are trying to fit into your idea of how it should be.
